| For Repair / Return items, please take in consideration the following required documentation.
1.- Include a copy of the paperwork with shipment and clearly mark the return authorization number on the outside box.
2.- MSDS ( Material Safety Data Sheets )
3.- Decontamination Sheets
4.- If the service is Steam, Water or Air, please include on company letterhead in writing the type of service to avoid delays receiving your shipment.
5.- For positioner evaluation, include an explanation to the best of your knowledge of what is wrong with the unit, error number from LCD screen or what type of behavior the unit is presenting that is not consider "normal" conditions.
6.- All returns for stock are subject to 25% re-stocking fee.
7.- Without item(s) 1 and 2, the return may not be accepted and will be returned at the customers expense.
For Warranty Items:
1.- Always include previous PO number and date of purchase to claim a warranty.
2.- Explain what is wrong with the unit.
3.- Confirm if you will accept a refurbished item in return to expedite your repair.
4.- Be aware that oil present in air supply lines and overpressure of units are not considered "Warranty" . |
